1. Which insurance companies do you work with?
We accept ALL insurance work. We'll work off any insurance estimate and guarantee all of our work with a vehicle lifetime warranty.
2. Will my paint match the rest of my car exactly?
Yes! Our certified technicians are trained to match your paint according to your vehicles vin #. We use the highest quality paint to be able to offer you a lifetime warranty.
3. Can I receive an estimate over the phone?
Each repair is unique so in order to receive the most accurate estimate; seeing your vehicle in person is the best option.
4. How long will it take to get my vehicle back from repair?
Depending on the severity of your repair, we'll determine the length of your vehicle's stay. Once your vehicle's damage has been assessed we'll be able to give you an estimated length of repair.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, cashier's check or credit card. A valid driver's license must be presented to validate a payment of a personal check. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are the credit cards accepted. However, American Express is not accepted at this time.
6. Are you open on Saturdays?
Currently, we are closed during the weekends. However, if that is the only time that fits into your schedule, we can set up an appointment for Saturday.
7. Do you have rental cars available?
We don't rent cars here. We do work with a local rental company who will pick you up at the time of repair and drop you back off when the repairs are completed. We can also offer a body shop rate during your time of rental.
